This is a book I feel passionate about because of the subject matter. If we depend on someone else to grow all our food, we put ourselves in a vulnerable position. In my new dystopia novel Altered, we find a world where people trusted others for a little too long, and now their food supply has become an instrument a corrupt government uses to manipulate their lives.
It's scary. It's thought provoking.
